No. Endurace has no monthly fee. A per-registrant Platform Fee applies only when athletes complete registration. Nothing owed during off-season, nothing owed if an event is cancelled before registration opens.

Yes. Endurace connects to your own Stripe account so registration revenue settles directly to your bank — not through Endurace. Stripe is free to create and handles all payment card compliance. Setup is guided and usually quick.
You decide how much to refund the athlete, and you can issue refunds from the admin. Platform Fees are non-refundable once a registration is completed. Endurace doesn’t charge an additional fee to process a refund.
